Comments: Bay Home Inspections did a great job for us. They are very
thorough and explained everything in detail about our home inspection.
Their report helped us make major decisions about buying the home and
which repairs to ask the seller to fix. We would highly recommend Bay
Home Inspections.

Comments: Even my realtor and homeowner friends were impressed with
Mr. Bender's professionalism, thoroughness, and promptness. This is the
kind of Home Inspector we all wish we had when we watch shows on
HGTV or DIYNetwork (you know which ones I'm referring to!). I would ask
Mr. Bender to inspect any other property without hesitation. The
knowledge and insight Mr. Bender has is extensive and he SHARES that
knowledge with you! I'm so glad I found his company on Service Magic.

his work, acurate profesional in other words he is a man of his word. Also

This is the worst review that our company has ever received in the history
of our existence. We regret that Mr B was not completely satisfied with our
service. We did, in fact, email documents per client request and were not
aware that failure occurred somewhere in the delivery process, leaving Mr
B without documents that were promised. When he called a week later to
notify us, his call was regrettably missed. In response, our company is in
the process of taking measures to require "read" receipts on all outgoing
email. If there are reparations that can be made to fully satisfy Mr.B, we
will be swift to accommodate.

Comments: Michael and company did an outstanding job! The inspection
was very thorough: they examined everything from the roof and the walls,
down to the buttons on the microwave. And he took the time to answer all
my questions (and they were a LOT), explaining in great detail all the
problems they found and how to fix them. He really is very knowledgeable.
And on top of that, they were very efficient. I was very satisfied.

Comments: Michael was great. The inspection was on a condo. He was
very thorough and checked every nook and cranny in the condo. He
explained everything and took his time to give suggestions. I would
recommend him to friends, family, and strangers.
